Just returned from a good weekend at San Giorgio Boutique Rooms in La Spezia, and I can't praise it enough! The location is perfect-central yet tranquil, making it a lovely base for exploring. We stayed in a cozy room with a charming balcony offering stunning views, perfect for morning espresso and evening wine. Alessia, our host, made us feel at home with her warm welcome and thoughtful gestures like complimentary snacks. The room was immaculate and modern, complete with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV, which made our downtime super comfortable. A unique feature was the private bathroom with a glass wall, which might not be for the shy, but it added a modern touch-don't worry; we managed perfectly and enjoyed the view too! If you're looking for a luxurious yet homey vibe, with great housekeeping and express check-in, San Giorgio is a fantastic choice. Can't wait to return!
